As a certified Laughter, Sound Healer, Restorative, and Kundalini Tantra Yoga Instructor, I share insights on elevating divine energy and enhancing both body and mind. My approach integrates laughter, sound healing meditation, and spiritual disciplines.

Welcome to my Kundalini Tantra Yoga classes where you can experience a unique journey towards spiritual enlightenment and personal self-discovery. These classes are designed for individuals who seek to explore and deepen their understanding of Kundalini energy and its connection to spiritual growth. Through a meditative style of yoga, we will explore the chakra system and activate the energy centers within our bodies. This unique form of yoga is designed to awaken the dormant energy that resides at the base of our spine, known as the Kundalini energy. As we bring awareness to this energy, we unlock its potential for spiritual growth and transformation.

I will guide you through various postures and breathing techniques that aid in the activation and balancing of your chakras. You will also have opportunities for reflection and meditation as we connect with our inner selves and cultivate a deeper understanding of our being.

Whether you are new to yoga or seeking to deepen your practice, these classes offer something for everyone. Join me on a journey towards greater self-awareness, inner peace, and physical vitality with Kundalini Tantra Yoga.

As well, I give classes on the spiritual connection between individuals known as Soul Mates and Twin Flames. Through the power of Kundalini Tantra Yoga, we will explore these divine relationships and understand how they can help us on our spiritual journey. Inspired by Tikkun Olam, the notion of Repairing the World, and Raising the Sparks, which focuses on elevating the divine sparks within, my classes will explore Jewish mysticism through the practice of yoga.

I teach laughter yoga as well. Laughter yoga is a distinctive concept where jokes or humor are not necessary. It begins with an exercise that involves pretending to laugh genuinely. Scientific evidence shows that the body cannot tell the difference between actual and simulated laughter, thus receiving the same health benefits. This practice was initiated in 1995 by Dr. Kataria, a cardiologist in Mumbai, India, and has since spread globally.

We could conclude the day with Restorative Yoga. I will create a secure environment where I'll lead participants through passive asanas, allowing both body and mind to relax and release.
