Start a workout routine when you are young. You start Losing a half a pound of muscle after the age of 30. Fitness rule of thumb: Flexibility, Strength, and Endurance. Eat healthy, do face yoga, work on your mind, and awaken to know your soul!

I respond: Thanks, I live it! I started consistently lifting heavy weights, doing cardio and stretching at the age of 20, I started working on my mind at the age of 25, I awakened to my soul at the age of 29, and of course eating heathy along the way, in a few weeks I am going to be 59. I don’t feel better than I did in my 20's, I feel the same but wiser!

Great idea! But also, anyone can start at any age.
I respond: Yes, it is never too late to start. But preferably it starts when you are young, then it becomes a way of life! This idea is not great, unless it is put into action! Just Do It!
